Background YIDA Youth Initiative is a refugee-led NGO committed to providing quality education and fostering financial inclusion for refugees in the Kyaka II settlement. Since its inception in 2013, YIDA has evolved to empower communities through education, economic self-reliance, and social inclusion. YIDA is looking for qualified workers to fill the following position in Kyaka Kyegegwa District. Position Summary The Primary School Teacher will provide quality education to learners, ensuring the delivery of an engaging, inclusive, and safe learning environment. The teacher will focus on holistic child development, including academic, social, and emotional growth. Key Responsibilities Teaching and Learning Prepare and deliver lessons in accordance with the Uganda Primary School Curriculum. Utilize diverse teaching methods to meet the needs of learners with varying abilities. Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages participation and creativity.
