JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE PERSONAL DRIVER

NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME: 

SALARY: KSHS.40,000

JOB LOCATION: LAVINGTON


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safely drive the executive to and from home, office, meetings, appointments, and other assigned destinations.
  • Ensure punctuality and maintain optimal route planning to avoid delays.
  • Transport family members, guests, and visitors when required.
  • Operate the vehicle in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
  • Perform daily inspection of the vehicle for cleanliness, fuel, tire pressure, oil, and general functionality.
  • Ensure the vehicle is regularly serviced and well-maintained.
  • Report any mechanical issues or required repairs promptly.
  • Keep track of mileage, service schedules, and fuel usage.
  • Practice defensive driving techniques and ensure the safety of passengers at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect the privacy of the executive and their family.
  • Monitor surroundings and ensure safe pickup and drop-off points.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies.
  • Run personal and administrative errands as directed (e.g., shopping, parcel deliveries, school runs).
  • Assist with loading and offloading luggage or packages.
  • Support the executive with logistical needs and schedule planning related to transport.


KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a professional or executive driver
  • Defensive Driving Certification is mandatory
  • Valid and up-to-date Driving Licence (Class BCE or relevant category)
  • Excellent knowledge of Nairobi roads, estates, traffic patterns, and major towns
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and professionalism
  • Clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays when required
  • Physically fit with the ability to sit and drive for long periods
