• Transport corporates to meetings, events, and other official engagements safely and on time.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Always ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.
• Regularly inspect the vehicle for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and overall condition.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to avoid disruptions.
• Keep the vehicle always fueled and ready for use.
• Plan and research routes in advance to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Stay informed about traffic conditions, roadwork, and other factors that may affect travel.
• Assist with office errands, deliveries, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to corporates and other company stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with corporates to ensure their transportation needs are met.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably for senior corporates.
• Valid Kenyan driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Certification in defensive driving is an added advantage.
• Experience driving in Nairobi and surrounding areas.
• Experience in working in a Japanese company is an added advantage
• Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety and reliability.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Strong time management and punctuality.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
