Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
●
Manage inbound and outbound calls
related to NGO Summit inquiries, registration, and event details.
●
Provide accurate information to
participants, partners, and stakeholders in a courteous and professional
manner.
●
Maintain up-to-date records of
calls, inquiries, and feedback using provided data management tools.
●
Assist in verifying participant
registration details and updating attendance lists.
●
Collaborate with the
communications and logistics teams to ensure consistency in messaging and event
coordination.
●
Escalate complex queries to the
appropriate departments for resolution.
●
Support in sending out SMS or
email reminders to registered participants.
●
Conduct brief post-call follow-ups
to confirm information or provide additional assistance.
●
Contribute to daily call reports
and participate in team meetings to share updates or insights.
●
Support any other administrative
tasks as assigned related to participant management or event logistics.
Qualifications and Skills
●
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
(completed or ongoing) in Communication,
Public Relations, Customer Service, Marketing, Business Administration, or
a related field.
●
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
●
Strong interpersonal skills and a
positive, customer-oriented attitude.
●
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems or call management tools is an
added advantage.
●
Ability to handle multiple tasks,
prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
●
Willingness to work in a
fast-paced environment and occasionally outside normal working hours.
