Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Greet guests warmly, manage the reception area, and handle client inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Scheduling & Administration: Organize and update appointments, maintain accurate client records, and manage, sort, or distribute mail.
- Operations Support: Assist with clerical duties, process transactions, and support staff with administrative tasks.
- Communication: Maintain professional communication with staff and clients to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role, ideally within a service-oriented or clinical environment.
- Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
- Attributes: A professional, warm demeanor, self-driven, and capable of working without constant supervision.
- Location: Ability to work on-site in Kampala.
