Position: Project Manager – Aluminium Façade Systems.

1.  Key Responsibilities
   - Take full ownership of façade projects from contract award through to successful handover and client satisfaction.
   - Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets using tools like MS Project.
   - Coordinate seamlessly with architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors, fabricators, and on-site teams to align on goals and resolve challenges fast.
   - Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, technical specifications, and fabrication details (with hands-on AutoCAD interpretation as needed).
   - Oversee end-to-end execution: procurement of aluminium/glass materials, fabrication quality, site installation, and integration of curtain walls, glazing, and accessories.
   - Monitor project progress, control costs, identify and mitigate risks, manage variations/change orders, and keep everything on track and within budget.
   - Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, HSE protocols, safety regulations, and client specifications through regular inspections, testing, snagging, and reporting.
   - Lead site teams, conduct progress meetings, prepare comprehensive reports, and deliver clear documentation for every milestone.
   - Drive problem-solving on-site while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering projects that exceed expectations.
2.  What We're Looking For
   - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field.
   - 2–5+ years of proven experience managing aluminium façade curtain wall, glazing, or related architectural systems projects (hands-on involvement in execution is a big plus).
   - Solid technical foundation: Ability to interpret drawings/specs; proficient in AutoCAD (for review/detailing) and MS Project (for scheduling and tracking).
   - Strong project management toolkit: Budget oversight, cost control, risk management, resource planning, and variation handling.
   - Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills — you'll rally teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and keep everyone aligned.
   - Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality, safety, and on-time delivery in fast-paced site environments.
   - Valid driving license and readiness for site travel as projects demand.
