A large consulting company with offices across the globe is looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join their team in Johannesburg.

Minimum requirements:

·A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

·Post-graduate studies in Geotechnical Engineering field preferrable.

·At least 8 years’ post-graduate experience.

·Professional registration with ECSA.

·Consolidated experience in Geotechnical Investigations – Factual and Interpretive.

·Proven record of independent work and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

·Proven track record of working on large, intermediate, and small size jobs in a cross section of sectors.

·Solid technical knowledge and application in soil/rock mechanics.
