A medium-sized consulting company with offices across South Africa is looking for a Division Head of their Transportation division.

Minimum requirements:

·BEng /BSc in civil engineering with professional registration with ECSA as Pr Eng.

·Master’s degree in civil engineering.

·Minimum 15 years hands-on specialist experience in a senior role in a consulting engineering industry.

·Previous experience of working with international donor funding agencies such as EU, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, EBRD and/or experience of working with NGOs.

·Working knowledge of GCC/ FIDIC / NEC / JBCC.

·Competency in using MSWord, MS Excel, Outlook, ProMan (or similar), relevant design software, MS Project.

·Advantageous skills / experience:

oPr CPM and/or PMP.

oOutput and Performance-based Road Contracts (OPRC).

oExperience as Technical Advisor in PPP projects.
