A large consulting engineering company with offices worldwide is looking to appoint an Associate Engineer – Highways.

Minimum requirements:

·Bachelor of Science or Engineering from an accredited University/Master of Science / Engineering.

·12+ Years' experience post grad experience of which 3+ years should be in a supervisory role

·Professionally registered as an Engineer with ECSA

·Must have previous highway design experience and is expected to have experience in managing senior engineers

·Expected to be able to check designs and supervise

·Experience Civil3D, Civil Designer, BIM360, Roadmate, TechnoCAD and Revit

Your responsibilities will include:

·Co-ordinates and provides technical management for mid-large size projects

·Manages technical client relationships and plays a major role in selling

·Manages discipline department staff

·Leads technical business development work

·Provides specialised technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise

·Approves and signs off on work

·Leads in one or more areas of technology

·Provides estimates for the engineering budget and schedule and oversees technical resources to meet requirements on large, complex projects
