Facility Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee day-to-day building operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems..
  
• Coordinate routine maintenance, preventative maintenance schedules, and emergency repairs.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  
• Manage building access control systems, security protocols, and fire-safety infrastructure.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Source, hire, and supervise contractors and service providers (cleaning, security, landscaping, etc.).
  
• Review and approve vendor work to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to contracts.
  
• Manage service contracts, negotiate pricing, and evaluate vendor performance.

Tenant Relations

• Serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, work orders, and complaints.
  
• Facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs and ensure appropriate documentation.
  
• Communicate building updates, maintenance schedules, and emergency procedures.

Budgeting & Administration

• Prepare and manage the building’s operating budget and track expenses.
  
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs for maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
  
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
