Career Options Africa Group is a leading HR Consultancy firm specializing in Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, and Immigration Support across Africa. We operate in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, DRC, Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa, and South Sudan.
Our client, a reputable boat building and renovation company located on a scenic Greek island, is seeking 2 Mechanic Helpers for long-term employment.

The Job
As a Mechanic Helper, you will assist in repairing mechanical parts of boats and collaborate with other mechanics to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in mechanical repairs of boats
• Use tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and measuring instruments
• Work closely with other mechanics

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a mechanic
• Practical mechanics education (not theoretical)
• Passion for manual work
• Willingness to learn Greek (1-hour daily online lessons provided free)
• Aged 25–40 years
• Valid travel passport
• Clean criminal record

Benefits

• Free accommodation and two meals daily
• €800 (KES 120,000) net monthly salary, paid 14 times per year
• Paid overtime (up to €950/month total)
• One-year renewable contract
