Job Description/Requirements

We are looking for a high-energy, proven Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality to own new-logo acquisition and aggressively grow our business. This is a full-cycle role: you prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close six- and seven-figure deals.


Key Responsibilities

· Proactively hunt and close new business through cold outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone), inbound leads, referrals, and partnerships.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of at least 3–4× quarterly quota with accurate, up-to-date CRM hygiene (Salesforce or HubSpot).

· Consistently achieve or exceed 100% of revenue targets (new ARR/bookings).

· Run high-impact discovery calls and executive-level presentations/demos to C-suite and VP stakeholders.

· Develop multi-threaded account strategies and map decision-makers, champions, and influencers.

· Lead contract and pricing negotiations from term sheet to signature, working closely with legal and finance.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive dinners to generate pipeline and brand awareness.

· Deliver accurate weekly and monthly forecasts and actively participate in deal reviews.

· Gather competitive intelligence and relay customer feedback to product and marketing teams.
