Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide agronomic support to farmers in Kabale and the greater Kigezi region.
Promote Holland Greentech products and services (e.g., greenhouses, irrigation systems, seeds, soil testing).
Lead onion production training and demonstration activities.
Train farmer groups on improved farming practices.
Drive sales growth and manage customer and partner relationships.
Conduct field visits, follow-ups, and implement regional project activities.
