Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
Manage parts inventory and procurement.
Keep accurate records of repairs, inspections, and vehicle performance.
Maintain repair and maintenance records.
Support fleet policy implementation.
Train and guide junior mechanics and drivers.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or any related field.
2–3 years’ experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance.
Strong knowledge of vehicle wiring and electrical systems.
Valid driving permit with multiple classes (at least 2 or more).
Experience supervising drivers or field teams is an added advantage.
Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
