JOB DETAILS: Background Our client is a fast-growing player in the sectors of General Hardware, FMCGs, General Merchandise and Animal feeds in both production and distribution. They are committed to delivering quality products and exceptional customer service across Uganda. They are expanding their footprint nationwide and seeking dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented professionals to join their team. Responsibilities The successful candidate will oversee all business functions including sales, Operations, HR, and administration, while ensuring effective performance management, value for money in all expenditure and to ensure sustainable profitability. Qualifications and Experience They are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 10 years’ progressive experience in sales, operations, or general management (5 years at senior level). A strong background in FMCG, animal feeds, or hardware trading will be a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strategic thinking, strong financial acumen, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals. Education Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage.)
