Role Overview Safe Assure Beauty Lounge is seeking a confident, passionate, and results-driven General Manager to oversee daily salon operations and lead the strategic growth of our beauty business. The successful candidate will be responsible for staff leadership, customer experience excellence, sales growth, and overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all daily salon operations Supervise, schedule, coach, and evaluate staff performance Drive sales growth, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement strategies Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and professional standards Manage stock control, inventory, reports, and operational records Create and manage staff schedules and duty rosters
