Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage). They are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 10 years’ progressive experience in sales, operations, or general management (5 years at senior level). A strong background in FMCG, animal feeds, or hardware trading will be a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strategic thinking, strong financial acumen, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
