About the job Founder & Chief Executive Officer – Good Hands Dental Care Africa Ssenyonga Geofrey Ssenyonga Geofrey is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Good Hands Dental Care Africa, a Uganda-based organization committed to improving access to quality, affordable oral healthcare for underserved and vulnerable populations. As CEO, he provides strategic leadership, governance oversight, and operational direction for community dental programs, clinic services, and school-based oral health initiatives. His role focuses on strengthening institutional systems, ensuring donor compliance, and delivering evidence-based interventions that contribute to improved public health outcomes. With a professional background in dentistry, Mr. Geofrey combines clinical expertise with strong organizational leadership to design and implement preventive and curative oral health programs. He leads partnerships with NGOs, local governments, health institutions, and donors to expand service delivery and sustainability. He is responsible for financial stewardship, results-based planning, monitoring and evaluation, and accountability to beneficiaries and funding partners.
