ICT Specialist.

Role Purpose

The IT Deputy Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations within the plant.
This role ensures smooth and continuous operation of IT systems, supports plant operations, and implements technological solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and security across plant processes.
The IT Deputy Manager will also manage IT teams, ensure compliance with company IT policies, and lead the implementation of IT projects.

  • 5+ years of IT support or management experience within a manufacturing or automotive environment

  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

      • Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and IT security protocols

      • Experience with SAP systems, MES, and other manufacturing software solutions

      • Expertise in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and hardware/software support

      • Proficiency in database management, data analytics, and system integration

      • Knowledge of cybersecurity
