Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Relationship Management: Identify, visit, and pitch to potential and existing customers (GPs, hospital doctors, pharmacists) to increase product usage.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, clinical data, and competitor products to offer advice and solutions.
  • Territory Planning: Organize daily work schedules, including cold calling, to manage a specific geographic area effectively.
  • Presentations & Events: Organize and deliver product presentations, demos, and educational sessions, sometimes including conferences.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records, manage CRM tools, and provide feedback to management on sales forecasts and market trends. 
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field is typically required.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Attributes: Persistence, self-motivation, and the ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
