Qualifications A First Degree in Human resource Management or a related field 8–10 years demonstrated experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Business Partnering, with evidence of active participation in the recruitment cycle At least 3 years at HR Leadership / Management Level Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, recruitment systems, data quality standards, and governance frameworks.
