JOB DETAILS: Job Overview Business Segment: Group Functions Location: UG, Central Region, Kampala, Hannington Road 17 Job Type: Full-time Job Ref ID: 80403959A-0001 Job Description To deliver a strategic and insight-driven talent acquisition service by executing end-to-end sourcing, assessment, and hiring activities for the BU/Country, leveraging effective sourcing channels, workforce analytics, governance frameworks, and strong stakeholder partnerships to ensure the organization attracts and deploys the right talent at the right time. Qualifications A First Degree in Human resource Management or a related field 8–10 years demonstrated experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Business Partnering, with evidence of active participation in the recruitment cycle At least 3 years at HR Leadership / Management Level Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, recruitment systems, data quality standards, and governance frameworks. Experience working with senior & executive level stakeholders, providing insights, advisory
