The Opportunity You will be the financial leader partnering directly with CEO one of the most successful GTM operators in Europe. Key Responsibilities Strategic Finance & Growth Build the financial infrastructure to scale from ~$10M to $50M ARR Own forecasting, budgeting, planning and financial modelling across the business Partner with the CRO, CEO and leadership team on revenue strategy and capital efficiency Revenue Operations & Performance Analyse revenue performance, pricing models, customer cohorts and expansion motions Define financial frameworks across new regions, product lines, and partner ecosystems Implement reporting and metrics for quota, attainment, CAC, payback and margin improvement Fundraising & Investor Management Prepare board materials, financial reporting and data-room readiness
