Key Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in a structured graduate training program
Rotate through different departments (e.g., Operations, Customer Service, Credit, Sales, Risk, Finance)
Assist in daily banking operations and customer service activities
Learn and comply with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Support account opening, transactions, and customer inquiries
Prepare basic reports and documentation
Analyze data and assist with research and projects
Work closely with supervisors and team members
Attend training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews
