Our services include routine maintenance for office equipment, tech support, and CCTV installations to help clients minimize downtime and maximize performance.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain computer hardware and software, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to our goal of delivering fast, high-quality IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform repairs, including component replacement (e.g., screens, keyboards, motherboards), virus removal, data recovery, and operating system installations.
- Conduct routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of client devices.
- Provide on-site and in-shop support for individual customers and businesses.
- Install and configure software, networks, and peripherals as needed.
- Assist with CCTV camera installations and basic networking setups.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Offer technical advice and training to customers on device usage and preventive maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques for various computer brands.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in computer repair and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of PC and laptop hardware (including Apple MacBooks) and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools, soldering (for advanced repairs), and virus/malware removal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
