Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline our supply chain and transportation operations. This vital role ensures the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and finally to customers. You will play a key part in planning, implementing, and monitoring logistics operations to meet business and client demands.

As the main point of contact between suppliers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, solving transport issues, and coordinating logistics processes that support the company’s goals. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of logistics software, route planning, inventory tracking, and freight documentation, along with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Your success in this role will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost control—making you an essential contributor to the company’s ongoing success in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule daily shipments and deliveries
  • Track inventory levels and product movement using logistics software
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to ensure accurate and timely dispatch
  • Resolve transportation and delivery issues efficiently
  • Maintain and update logistics records, shipment documents, and compliance files
  • Optimize routes and transportation costs where possible
  • Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
  • Support warehouse operations with inbound/outbound logistics

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a logistics or dispatching role
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures (is a plus)
